Well Internet, it’s taken me a long time to get here. And by here I mean “Kristen Loves Design.” It’s been complicated. It’s been hard. It’s been scary. Wait, it’s still all those things!
Why “Kristen Loves Design”? Well because my name is Kristen of course! And I love design. I love design more than anything else (besides my family!). I think about design almost every moment of every day. What does design mean, in this case? I like to think design is in all things…it’s in a cool item from J.Crew, an amazing movie I saw, an interesting book I read, a piece of furniture styled just right, and an inspiring letterpress print that would look just perfect right over there. It’s in things I just bought and in things I hope to someday buy (but for now I can just dream and plan). It’s in the future and it’s thinking about life and how design makes the world go ’round.
